Erik winced when he heard her say that she had knowledge in that notebook, bad mistake, should have left them thinking it was empty. What came next was inevitable.

But by then, it's too late. The agents are shutting up the vans, preparing to leave. He knows most of what she had sent him was still on his computer back home. Admittedly, it's not much, given she only sent him a preliminary report, and no data, but it might be something.
Jane seems utterly irrational, now. If these guys are who he thinks they are, then they do have every right to do what they are doing. Agent Mikkelson moves to prevent her attempts to grab the book, with a touch more force than Erik was comfortable with someone applying to Jane. So intervention is needed after all. Erik moves forward and wrestles Jane away from the Agent who had grabbed her book.
"Easy, easy," he hisses at the Agent. The child of his best friend from way back when he was studying at University, she is very much a daughter to him.
Him and Darcy continue to hold her back as the Agents shut the last of the vans up and get in their cars. The comment about co-operation stings a little, given the amount of choice they had in the matter, but the same was probably true the last time they showed up.
Agent Coulson is the last man to get in a vehicle, with engines starting left and right, and the convoy of 4 cars and a van drive off away from the lab, presumably to wherever the satellite that the guys in the Diner were talking about, and that the bloke calling himself Thor has gone off to try to claim.
